BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL AWARDING THE CONTRAC
FOR SC 01-01, ANNUAL STREET SWEEPING,
AND AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR
TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell on Janua 16, 2001,
approved specifications and called for bids for SC 01-01, Annual Street Swee ing; and,
WHEREAS, bids have been called for and received for SC 01-01, nual Street
Sweeping; and,
WHEREAS, Universal Sweeping Service, Inc., has been found to e the lowest
responsible bidder for the total bid of $91,146.00 on an annual basis.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council 0
Campbell that the contract for street sweeping services, SC 01-01, ual Street
Sweeping, be awarded to Universal Sweeping Service, Inc., for the term beg nning March
19,2001, and ending June 30,2002; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
the Public Works Director is authorized to execute said contract and the
extensions of the contract.
