RESOLUTION NO. 9793
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING THE SELECTION OF FRANK SOLUTIONS, INC - TELEP A TH AS THE
VENDOR FOR THE PURCHASE AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A TELEPHONY SERVICES
SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the issuance of a Request for Proposal by the IT
Manager for the purchase of a telephony services system; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council took action to approve the vendor recommended by staff;
NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Cily ofCampbelllhat
Frank Solutions, Inc. - Telepath be selected as the vendor for the purchase and implementation of a
telephony services system, and staff be directed to enter into the associated agreement.
