RESOLUTION NO. 9791
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
SUMMARILY VACATING EXCESS STREET RIGHT -OF -WAY
ALONG 580 EL PATIO DRIVE
WHEREAS, the vacation is made pursuant to Chapter 4, Summary Vacation, of Part 3 of
Division 9 of the California Streets and Highway Code; and
WHEREAS, the property to be vacated is described in the attached legal description and
plat map, Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the property to be vacated constitutes excess right-of-way not required for
street or highway purposes; and
WHEREAS, the street portion or portion thereof is no longer required to be a public
street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby vacates excess right-of-way along 580 El Patio Drive, and authorizes the City Clerk to
record this resolution and Quitclaim Deed with the required legal documents with the County
Recorder's Office.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of January, 2001, by the following roll call vote:

California being described as follows:
A portion of Lot 1, Tract No.2, Rancho De Patio, filed February 17, 1931 in Book Y of Maps, at
Page 26, Santa Clara County Records, and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of said Lot 1, being hereinabove described; thence along
the North and Northwesterly line of said Lot 1 the following three courses and distance:
West 20.00 feet,
Southwesterly along a tangent curve to the left with a radius of 35.96 feet, through a
central angle of58010'OO", and arc distance of36.51 feet, and
South 31050'00" West, 4.16 feet; thence leaving said Northwesterly line, Easterly along a
curve to the left, from a point with a radial bearing of South 09007'32" West, with a radius of
10.00 feet, through a central angle of 56022'37", an arc length of 9.84 feet to a point with a radial
bearing of South 4r 15'05" East; thence Easterly along a curve to the left, with a radius of35.00
feet, from a point with radial bearing of South 22001'51" West, through a central angle of
75009'39", an arc length of 45.91 feet to a point of reverse curvature; thence Northeasterly along
a reverse curve to the right, having a radius of 15.00 feet, through a central angle of 14045'22",
an arc length of 3.86 feet to the East line of said Lot 1; thence along said East line, North 3.24
feet to the said point of beginning oftrus description and containing 689 square feet ofland, more
or less.
