RESOLUTION NO. 9768
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE A
CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH RAJAPPAN & MEYER
FOR THE CAMPISI WAY BRIDGE AND STREET EXTENSION (PROJECT 96-19)
WHEREAS, Request for Proposals (RFP) were received for design of Project 96-19,
Campisi Way Bridge and Street Reconstruction on August 7, 2000; and
WHEREAS, Rajappan & Meyer has been found to have the staff, technical competence
and ability to complete the project plans, specifications and estimate within the projected
project design schedule;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that the Public Works Director is hereby authorized to execute a Consultant Services
Agreement for Professional Design Services for the aforementioned project with Rajappan &
Meyer, in an amount not to exceed $189,000.00.
