RESOLUTION NO. 9761
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXTEND AGREEMENTS WITH
PICTURE THIS! PRODUCTIONS FOR CABLE CASTING SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell desires to extend its October 1999 Agreement with
Picture This! Productions; and
WHEREAS, the scope of services currently provided by Picture This! Productions
includes, but is not limited to, production and live broadcasts of all regular meetings of
the City Council, Planning Commission, Civic Improvement Commission, Parks and
Recreation Commission, and Historic Preservation Board; replay of all such public
meetings; maintenance of the City's Government Channel; and broadcasts of special
meetings as needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council ofthe City of
Campbell authorizes the City Manager to execute existing and future contract
Amendments with Picture This! Productions for cablecasting services.
