RESOLUTION NO. 9743
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING A BUDGET AMENDMENT TO PURCHASE
AN ADDITIONAL COMMUNITY SERVICES OFFICER VEHICLE
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a budget for the 2000-2001 fiscal year;
and
WHEREAS, additional revenue is available to the City from the State of California
for Supplemental Law Enforcement Services; and
WHEREAS, the City has complied with the legal provisions required to receive
this revenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL that the City approve a resolution authorizing a budget
amendment of $28,500 allowing for the purchase of an additional Community Services
Officer vehicle using COPS grant funding from the State of California.
