RESOLUTION NO. 9730
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMPBELL SETTING THE TIME, DATE AND PLACE FOR THE
FIRST READING OF THE CALIFORNIA STATE BUILDING
STANDARDS, 1998 EDITIONS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell does hereby set the time, date and place for the
first reading of the Ordinance for Construction Codes as 7:30 p.m., or soon thereafter, on Tuesday,
September 19,2000, at City Hall, 70 N. First Street, Campbell, California; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the 1998 editions of the California State Building
Standards will be beneficial to the citizens of Campbell.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council has set 7:30 p.m., on Tuesday,
October 3, 2000, for the second reading and adoption of the aforementioned Codes which will become
effective 30 days after the adoption of said Codes.
