RESOLUTION NO. 9725
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
WITH EMPLOYEE BENEFIT SPECIALISTS, INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell intends to implement Section 125 Flexible Benefits
Plan for all permanent employees;
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell intends to contract for administration of the Flexible
Benefits Plan; and
WHEREAS, Employee Benefit Specialists, Inc. has provided a proposal for provision
of Flexible Benefit Plan administrative services; and
WHEREAS, Employee Benefit Specialists, Inc. has the expertise and capability to
provide Flexible Benefit Plan administrative services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
authorizes the City Manager to execute an agreement with Employee Benefit Specialists, Inc.
for Flexible Benefits Plan administrative services.
