A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY LONE STAR LANDSCAPE,
INC. FOR PROJECT 99-12, VIRGINIA PARK IMPROVEMENTS AND DIRECTING
THE FILING OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 9591 on October 5, 1999,
authorizing the Public Works Director to execute a contract for construction of improvements
known as Project 99-12, Virginia Park Improvement; and
WHEREAS, the contract was executed by the Public Works Director and Lone Star
Landscape, Inc. on December 30, 1999, and
WHEREAS, Lone Star Landscape, Inc. has completed the aforementioned contract in
accordance with the contract documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby accepts the improvements constructed for Project 99-12, Virginia Park
Improvement and directs staff to file the Notice of Completion.
