RESOLUTION NO.
9721
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING THE SELECTION OF SIERRA DIGITAL, INC. AS THE VENDOR FOR THE
REPLACEMENT OF THE RECREATION SOFTWARE SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the issuance of a Request for Proposal by the IT
Manager for the replacement recreation software system; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council took action to approve the vendor recommended by staff;
NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Campbell that
Sierra Digital, Inc. be selected as the vendor for the replacement of the recreation software system, and
staff be directed to enter into the associated agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this fifth day of September, 2000 by the following roll call vote:
