A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE
SOLICITATION OF BIDS FOR PROJECT 99-13 EDITH MORLEY PARK
WHEREAS, on August 3, 2000, the City Council approved the conceptual design,
as recommended by the Parks and Recreation Commission, for Edith Morley Park; and
WHEREAS, Singer and Hodges, Landscape Architects, have completed the plans
and specifications for this project; and
WHEREAS, on July 7, 2000, the Parks and Recreation Commission
recommended approval of the final design of Edith Morley Park; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby approves the plans and specifications for Edith Morley Park and
authorizes the Public Works Department to advertise and solicit bids for the project.
