RESOLUTION NO. 9702
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPOINTING AN ALTERNATE REPRESENTATIVE TO THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE WEST VALLEY SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT
AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the City has entered into an Agreement to form the West Valley
Solid Waste Management Authority; and
WHEREAS, the West Valley Solid Waste Management Authority will be
governed by the Board of Directors of the Authority; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors will be composed of one (1) representative
and one (1) alternate from each member agency,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby appoints Councilmember Dan Furtado to serve as the City of
Campbell's alternate representative to the Board of Directors of the West Valley Solid
Waste Authority.
