RESOLUTION NO. 10807
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
WITH THE CITY OF SAN JOSE FOR MATERIALS TESTING SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department is in need of materials testing services; and
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell does not have the capability in-house to perform
these services; and
WHEREAS, the City of San Jose staff has been very responsive to requests for
services under previous agreements, and provides high quality services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby authorizes the Public Works Director to execute the agreement with the City of
San Jose for materials testing, as well as any additional extensions or amendments
necessary to allow the continuation of these services for the City of Campbell by the
City of San Jose.
