RESOLUTION NO. 10812
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY
GRANITE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY - BAY AREA BRANCH
FOR THE STREET MAINTENANCE PROJECT 05-07:
HAMILTON AVENUE AND SALMAR AVENUE OVERLAYS
AND DIRECTING THE FILING OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 10747 on March 20, 2007,
authorizing the Public Works Director to execute a contract for construction of
improvements known as the Street Maintenance Project 05-07: Hamilton Avenue and
Salmar Avenue Overlays; and
WHEREAS, the contract was executed by the Public Works Director and Granite
Construction Company - Bay Area Branch on May 21,2007, and
WHEREAS, Granite Construction Company - Bay Area Branch has completed the
aforementioned contract in accordance with the contract documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed under the Street Maintenance Project
05-07: Hamilton Avenue and Salmar Avenue Overlays; and directs the City Engineer
to file a Notice of Completion.
