RESOLUTION NO. 10813
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO ISSUE A REQUEST
FOR PROPOSALS FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES TO
DEVELOP A FINAL CONCEPTUAL DESIGN FOR THE HIGHWAY 17
SOUTHBOUND OFF RAMP AT HAMILTON AVENUE AND EXECUTE A
CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, a Transportation Impact Analysis shows that the intersection Level
of Service at the Highway 17 southbound off ramp at Hamilton Avenue can be
improved by widening the off ramp and adding an additional lane; and
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell Capital Improvement Program for FY 2006-
2007 included $275,000 to widen the Highway 17 southbound off ramp at
Hamilton Avenue;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell does hereby authorize the Public Works Director to Issue a Request
for Proposals for professional consulting services to develop a final conceptual
design for the Highway 17 southbound off ramp at Hamilton Avenue and execute
a Consultant Services Agreement not to exceed $60,000.
