RESOLUTION NO. 10825
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY BLOSSOM VALLEY
CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR THE HACIENDA I WINCHESTER PERCOLATION POND
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (05-01) AND DIRECTING STAFF TO FILE THE NOTICE OF
COMPLETION
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 10659 on July 5, 2006, awarding a
contract to Blossom Valley Construction for construction of the HaciendaIWinchester
Percolation Pond Improvement Project (05-01); and
WHEREAS, Blossom Valley Construction, Inc. has completed the aforementioned contract in
accordance with the contract documents; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell does
hereby accept the improvements constructed by Blossom Valley Construction, Inc. for the
HaciendaIWinchester Percolation Pond Improvement Project (05-01); and directs staff to file
the Notice of Completion.
