RESOLUTION NO. 10834
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL MODIFYING
THE SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell Financial Policies require Council approval of
all fees and charges imposed by the City; and
WHEREAS, fees and charges as approved by Council are contained within the
Schedule of Fees and Charges for Fiscal Year 2008; and
WHEREAS, Council has received a request for an amendment to Chapter 10 of
the Campbell Municipal Code and hereby adds Section 10.24.165 - Parking on an
Unpaved Surface Prohibited; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell also
hereby amends the Schedule of Fees and Charges to add Section 10.24.165 - Parking
on an Unpaved Surface Prohibited, with a designated Fiscal Year 2008 fine amount of
$35.00.
