RESOLUTION NO. 3845
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL FINDING THE SANTA CLARA
VALLEY WATER DISTRICT 2008/2012 CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM TO BE CONSISTENT WITH THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL GENERAL PLAN.
After notification and public hearing, as specified by law and after presentation by the
Community Development Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission did find as
follows:
1. The draft Santa Clara Valley Water District Capital Improvement Program is
consistent the goals, objectives and strategies of the Campbell General Plan.
2. The Santa Clara Valley Water District is the lead agency for completing the California
Environmental Quality Act environmental assessment of their Capital Improvement
Program.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission finds the Santa Clara
Valley Water District 2008/2012 Capital Improvement Program to be consistent with the
City of Campbell General Plan.
