RESOLUTION NO. 10849
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY RESOLUTION NO. 2007-15
A JOINT RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL CITY COUNCIL
AND THE CITY OF CAMPBELL REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY BOARD
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO ISSUE A REQUEST FOR
PROPOSALS FOR LAND SURVEYING SERVICES AND EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR THE
WINCHESTER BOULEVARD UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT
(UUD #9) AND APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council was presented the Underground Utility Program on March 20,
2007; and
WHEREAS, Winchester Boulevard was identified as the top candidate for UUD #9; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to solicit a licensed land surveyor to provide the legal description
for UUD #9; and
WHEREAS, costs for City staff to manage and administer UUD #9 have not been allocated in
the City's current Capital Improvement Program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council and Redevelopment Agency
Board of the City of Campbell does hereby authorize the Public Works Director to issue a
request for proposals for land surveying services for the Winchester Boulevard Underground
Utility District (UUD #9) and execute a consultant services agreement with the most qualified
consultant in an amount not to exceed $35,000, and approves the attached budget
adjustment.
