RESOLUTION NO. 10857
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE BUILDING OFFICIAL TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH
WEST COAST CODE CONSULTANTS, INC. FOR PLAN REVIEW SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City desires to obtain consulting services for the purpose of reviewing
building permit plans and calculations for the construction of a new Seven Story Marriott
Hotel
WHEREAS, West Coast Code Consultants Inc. has the expertise, means, and ability to
perform the services necessary to review the project for compliance with California
Building Code Requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby authorizes the Building Official to execute an agreement between the City of
Campbell and West Coast Code Consultants, Inc., for plan review services not to
exceed $20,900.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell hereby
authorizes the necessary budget adjustments to execute the agreement with West
Coast Code Consultants, Inc.
