Due to the nature of present oocupancy and proposed occupancy. which

paint storeJ and through survey and careful st~ of' requirements., it
is our beliet we 1llOuld never, at any time, require the amount of parking
as set forth in your Section 9329 (B). Also, our proposed building
coverage of the property is onlT 21.48% of the entire land area.
Under present requirements it is an extreme hardship to develop the
property to a profitable business, therefore, we hUlllbq request that
parking requirements be changed to 2 parking spaces to every 250 sq. ft.
of office space.
