Dear Mr. Whaley:
As per our conversation of June 16, 1976 the subject
tentative map will be acceptable to the City if it indicates:
1. Satisfactory control along the centerlines of
Bascom and Hamilton Avenues.
2. Monumentation of the southwest and northwest
corners of Parcel "C" and a northeast corner
of Parcel "B".
3. The proper (parallel) relationship between the
centerlines and property lines along the street
frontages.
Enclosed please find the copies of City of Campbell
monumentation field notes that you have requested. Also enclosed.
is a print showing additional information that will be required
on the final map.
When the revised map is prepared, please submit 10 prints
and a sepia, together with a copy of the latest preliminary title
report on the parcels.
In order to avoid any delay in issuing the building permit
for the proposed development of Parcel "A", you may wish to
send a letter indicating that you will be responsible for filing
and processing the subject parcel map.
Should there be any further questions, please contact the
undersigned at your convenience.

for such approval is obtaiJlcd by making written application for sane
to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days -prior. to the
expiration date of such approval.
No bu~ldin3 permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in thiz Chapt~r.

1. Applicant to sign an ~greemcnt, or provide an easement which is satis-
factory to the City Attorney that the fence openinq. along the rlesterly
property line, will be maintained in an open and u~ob5tru~ted manner,
2. Property to be fenced and landscaped as indicated and as added in

3. Landscape plan indicating type of plant material, location of hose
bibs or sprinkler system and type of fencing to be submitted for approval
of the Planning Director at tir~ of application for building permit,
4. Landscaping shall be maintained in accordance with the approved
landscape plan.
5, Faithful performance bond in the amount of $3,000 to be posted to
insure landscaping, fencing and striping of parking area within three
(3) months of completion of construction, or appl icant may file
written agreel~nt to complete landscaping; fencing and striping of
parking area prior to final bui lding department clearance,

The applicant is notified as part of this application that he is required
