RESOLUTION NO. 9689
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING THE RECREATION
& COMMUNITY SERVICES DIRECTOR TO SUBMIT A
REQUEST TO REDIRECT THE 20% FUNDING FROM THE
SANT A CLARA COUNTY OPEN SPACE AUTHORITY
FROM THE PERCOLATION POND PROJECT TO
THE EDITH MORLEY PARK PROJECT (CIP #99-13).
WHEREAS, the Santa Clara County Open Space Authority (SCCOSA) requested that
the City of Campbell submit an application for the 20% Funding Program; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the application for the Percolation Pond Project;
and
WHEREAS, the timing of the Percolation Pond Project has been deferred until 2003/04;
and
WHEREAS, the Edith Morley Park Project (CIP #99-13) is in the final stages of design;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the Director of
Recreation & Community Services is hereby authorized to submit a request to the SCCOSA to
redirect funds initially approved for the Percolation Pond Project to the Edith Morley Park
Project.
