A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE ANNUAL RENEWAL OF PROPERTY
INSURANCE COVERAGE
WHEREAS, the City's Insurance Broker, Hamilton/Meridian Insurance Association,
has solicited and received quotations for Property Insurance Coverage effective April 15,
2000 to April 15, 2001; and;
WHEREAS, THE City of Campbell wishes to renew its agreement with
Hamilton/Meridian Insurance Association to secure coverage through CHUBB Insurance
Group, and;
WHEREAS, the City understands that a pro-rata cancellation clause exists should the
City opt to change coverage at some point during the coverage period;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the proposal for insurance with
Hamilton/Meridian Insurance Association be approved for the coverage period April 15,
2000 to April 15, 2001.
