RESOLUTION NO. 9668
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY
G. BORTOLOTTO & COMPANY FOR PROJECT 98-02 PHASE 2B
RESIDENTIAL STREET OVERLAYS
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 9519 on April 6, 1999,
awarding a contract to G. Bortolotto & Company for construction of the improvements known
as Project 98-02 Phase 2B - Residential Street Overlays; and
WHEREAS, G. Bortolotto & Company has completed the aforementioned contract in
accordance with the contract documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby accepts the improvements constructed under Project 98-02 Phase 2B -
Residential Street Overlays; and directs staff to file a Notice of Completion.
