A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY
VALLEY CREST LANDSCAPE, INC. FOR PROJECT 98-01
CAMPBELL PARK IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 9483 on January 5, 1999,
awarding a contract to Valley Crest Landscape, Inc. for construction of the improvements
known as Project 98-01, Campbell Park Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, Valley Crest Landscape, Inc. has completed the aforementioned contract
in accordance with the contract documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby accepts the improvements constructed under Project 98-01, Campbell Park
Improvement Project; and directs staff to file a Notice of Completion.
