RESOLUTION NO. 9666
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY
WESTERN STATES SURFACING FOR PROJECT 98-02 PHASE 2A
RESIDENTIAL CAPE AND SLURRY SEALS
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 9519 on April 6, 1999, awarding
a. contract to Western States Surfacing for construction of the improvements known as Project
98-02 Phase 2A - Residential Cape and Slurry Seals; and
WHEREAS, Western States Surfacing has completed the aforementioned contract in
accordance with the contract documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby accepts the improvements constructed under Project 98-02 Phase 2A -
Residential Cape and Slurry Seals; and directs staff to file a Notice of Completion.
