RESOLUTION 9652
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
DESIGNATING MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVES FOR THE
2000 MEETING AND CONFERRING SESSIONS
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell undertakes the meeting and conferring process
with its employee organizations as provided by the Meyers-Milias-Brown Act; and
WHEREAS, meeting and conferring will commence in May 2000, to reach an
agreement on Memorandums of Understanding for the period commencing July 2000
and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended a management negotiating
team to represent the City Council in such meeting and conferring sessions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell designates the following as members of the Management Negotiating Team:
Barbara Lee, Administrative Services Director (Chairperson)
Elizabeth Brown, Personnel Manager
AI Bito, Administrative Analyst II
David Rauschhuber, Police Captain
PASSED AND ADOPTED, this 21st day of March 2000 by the following roll call
vote:
