CC Resolution 10902 RESOLUTION NO. 10902 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL MODIFYING THE SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES WHEREAS, the City of Campbell Financial Policies require an annual evaluation of the Schedule of Fees and Charges to ensure that recovery of the cost of providing services is recovered where appropriate; and WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of the City of Campbell a Schedule of Fees and Charges for Fiscal Year 2008-09; and WHEREAS, all of the required legal notices have been published pursuant to Government Code; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell hereby adopts the attached modifications to the Schedule of Fees and Charges to be paid to the City of Campbell by all persons desiring to obtain those items or services contained in the attached Fee Schedule effective July 1, 2008; and WHEREAS, the City Council authorizes the hourly billing rates contained with the schedule of Fees and Charges to be increased to reflect actual costs based on the approved Memorandums of Understanding currently in effect; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be made an addendum to the City Council Policy Manual. Group 1 Programs and activities administered or sponsored by the City of Campbell, as well as meetings of groups, agencies, or organizations with which the city is partnering to accomplish specific goals, and uses by non-profit organizations and foundations that exist solely for the purpose of supporting City programs and activities (except that expenses incurred by the city beyond basic staffing levels - i.e.: Building Attendants or two Theatre Tech staff - will be assessed to the organization).
