2]..42.090 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section sllall expire one year after
the date upon which such approval. was granted, unless an extension
for such approval is obtained by maLing HI'itten applica.tj.nn fOl' SBi!;e
to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to the
expiration datE' of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expi~atiGn date of any
approval until a new approval lias been obtained in the manner provided
for in this Chapter.

1. Approval of all spaces east of the Towers buildings subject to the following
conditions:
a. No parking shall be allowed adjacent to fire hydrants.
1. Hydrant at northwest corner' of complex by "Daisy Bug.1I
2. Hydrant at Gran Plaza by IIStough Gifts."
b. Replace old hydrant with new "7611 type across from Bank of America.
c. IINo Parking - Fire lanell shall be painted: on the east curb of the
northbound driveway.
