A portion at Lots 3 and 4, as said Lots are shown on that
certain Map entitled, "Map. of the Subdivision of the
Estate of A. Johnson", which Hap was filed for record in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State
of California on 1-1arch 26, 1884 in Book "A" of Haps, at
page 37, and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the Southerly line of that
certain 1/2 acre parcel of land as described in the Deed
from Emitt L. Farnham, to Kenneth H. Stringfellow, et ux,
dated June 19, 1950, recorded June 21, 1950 in Book 2003 of
Official Records, Page 530, Santa Clara County Records, with
the Easterly line of South Bascom Avenue, as established by
that certain Final Judgment of Condemnation had in the
Superior Court of the state of California, County of Santa
Clara, under Acti.on No. 222812, entitled, "City of Campbell,
a Municipal Corporation Plaintiff vs. Kenneth H. Stringfellow,
et aI, Defendants", a certified copy of which Judgment was
recorded on December 8, 1970 in Book 9148 of Official
Records, Page 715, Santa Clara County Records; thence from
said point of beginning and along the Easterly line of said
South Bascom Avenue, North 167.09 feet to the beginning of a
tangent curve to the right; thence along last said curve with
a radius of 20.00 feet, thru a central angle of 900, for an
arc distance of 31.42 feet to a point of tangency on the
Southerly line of Fewtrell Drive, 60.00 feet in width, also
being a point on the Northerly line of that certain parcel of
land as described in the Deed from Ensley F. \Vhistler and
Helen M. \Vhistler, to Kenneth H. Stringfellow, et ux dated
October 8, 1951 recorded October15, 1951 in Book 2299 of
Official Records, Page 358, Santa Clara County Records;
thence alonq the Southerlv line of said Few-trel1 nr;UA rlnn
the Northerly line of last said land deeded Lo Kenneth H.
Stringfellow, et ux, East 108.65 feet to the Northeasterly
corner of last said land deeded to Kenneth H. Stringfellow,
et ux; thence along the Easterly lire of last said land deeded
to Kenneth H. Stringfellow, et ux, South 102.75 feet to the
Southeasterly corner therfff, on the Northerly line of said
1/2 acre parcel of land first above referred to; thence along
the Northerly lire of said 1/2 acre parcel of land, East 56.59
feet to the Northeasterly corner thereof; thence along the
Easterly line thereof, South 84.34 feet to the Southeasterly
corner thereof; thence along the Southerly line thereof,
West 185.24 feet to the point of beginning.
