Wren, Director of Public Works RE: "SDP" 73-1 The area encompassed by the proposed structure appears to include more than one parcel as reflected by the County Assessor's Rolls dated March, 1973. A review of the City's records and earlier Assessor's Rolls indicates that the shopping center area has apparently been divided into several parcels without adhering to the City and State regulations regarding subdivisions of land. Accordingly, it would seem that the City should take the necessary actions to insure conformity with these regulations. The records_indicate that as a condition of Special Development Permit No. 7 granted in November, 1971, a parcel map was required to define the proposed lines in the vicinity of the ten-story building.
