RESOLUTION NO. 10909
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL OF PROPOSED 2008/2009 STORM WATER
MANAGEMENT BUDGET TO WEST VALLEY SANITATION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City and WVCWP have prepared the FY 08-09 Storm Water
Management Budget for the City of Campbell's pro-rated share of the expenditures for
the West Valley Clean Water Program and other related budget items that are needed
for compliance of the NPDES permit; and
WHEREAS, the City Council needed to approve the FY OB-09 Storm Water
Management Budget for the Clean Water Program so that it can be sent by the District
to the County Assessor for inclusion in the tax roll for FY OB-09.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
does hereby approve the submittal of the FY OB-09 Storm Water Management Budget
to West Valley Sanitation District.
