In line with your letter of April 26th, and authorization-
by the City Council, the above ..tter stands settled upon
the following, basis:

'J.'!l.at Mr. Baker will comply forthwith with all
_ ~onditiona attached to the Use Permit granted
on December 17 J 1965 and all of the conditions
attached to the granting of the variance on
January 8, 1964. It is understood that in con-
nection with the said conditions, your client will
have three years from August 1, 1965 for the
removal of the residence now on the property.
That the bond for faithful performance called for
by the conditions will include a further condltion~
requiring the removal of the residence within the
thre.-year period.
That a atipulation will be signed by you for
your client and by me for City of Campbell
waiving the two year atatute and five y.ar
atatute for the bringing of this action to
trial, it being the intent that the action will
r_in OpeD until the house ia removed.
That your client will execute such agreement
for the improv_enta and the giving of a bond
