to complete the engineering requirements for there new construction. The
work involved will be a Parcel Map based on field survey and necessary
improvement plans.
Upon payment of the map filing and area fees, Mr. Alter is requesting his
5i te approval so he can start construction. The engineering requirements
do not directly affect the building construction.
Maps and plans will be submitted when completed. If further information

v,it~ regard to tne above subject/ recently a permit was
issc:ed "::Jy this District for the addition to the "Yardstick".
At that time/ the District was not informed that the addi-
~ion was to be built on lots 31 and 30 of Tract 225.
n~ present/ there lS not a san~~ary sewer installed in
~l Solyo fronting on the lots in question.
If a sewer extension were required for the addition to
the existing building it would have to be connected into
Basco~ Avenue. The most feasible and economical way to
sewer ~l Solyo would be to extend the sewer to the East
and ccnnect to the existing sewer main that terminates
210= feet to the West of the intersection of Midway and
:21 So:"yo.
Since no additional plumbing facilities will be required
for the addition to the existing building this District
will no~ require a sanitary sewer extension in El Solyo
Avenue at this time.
~G~ever/ this District will require that you pay the acre-
age fee (.502 acs @ $80.00jac = $40.16)/ and also execute
~~e a~~ached service Agreement. The Agreement stipulates
t~a~ when the sanitary sewer is installed in El Solyo
Avenue/ either through a private extension or assessment
proceedings, that the present owner of lots 31 and 30 will
De requlred to participate in the cost of the installation
