A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF SERVICES TO CONDUCT A
CITYWIDE USER FEE STUDY AND COST ALLOCATION PLAN
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has reviewed and approved a
Request for Proposal (RFP) for a City-wide User Fee Study and Cost Allocation Plan; and
WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the qualifications and experience of the various firms
submitting proposals; and
WHEREAS, City staff has conducted an assessment process including reference checking
and has determined that Public Resource Management Group (PRM) submitted the most qualified
proposal meeting the requirements of the City's RFP dated December 10, 2002;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the proposal submitted by the firm of
PRM for the completion of a City-wide User Fee Study and Cost Allocation Plan for the City of
Campbell be approved.
