A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING THE FINAL TRACT MAP FOR TRACT NO. 9452 AND
ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC SIDEWALK EASEMENT OFFERED
THEREON FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 117 GILMAN AVENUE
WHEREAS, on August 6, 2002, the City Council of the City of Campbell adopted
Resolution No. 10072 approving a Tentative Subdivision Map for property located at 117
Gilman Avenue; and,
WHEREAS, the Final Tract Map has been submitted and found to be in
compliance with the Subdivision Map Act and Title 20 of the Campbell Municipal Code;
and,
WHEREAS, a public sidewalk easement is shown on the map and offered for
dedication.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby approves the Final Tract Map for Tract No. 9452, consents to the
recording of said map, and accepts the public sidewalk easement offered on said map in
accordance with the terms of the dedication.
