ORDINANCE NO.2104
BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ADJUSTING CITY COUNCIL COMPENSATION
The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: Pursuant to California Government Code 936516, the
monthly salary of each member of the City Council shall be increased from
$562.28 per month to $590.39 per month, to commence on January 12, 2009.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall become effective thirty days following
its passage and adoption, and shall be published once within fifteen days upon
passage and adoption in the Campbell Express, a newspaper of general
circulation in the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara.
