CC Resolution 10152RESOLUTION NO. 10152 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL ACKNOWLEDING RECEIPT OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE GRANT FUNDING AND AUTHORIZATION OF RELATED BUDGET ADJUSTMENT WHEREAS, the Federal government makes Emergency Management funds available to local jurisdictions through the State of California, Office of Emergency Services, and WHEREAS, the Santa Clara County Operational Area distributes such funds to cities within the County, and WHEREAS, the City of Campbell received $3,297.00 for its Fiscal Year 02/03 appropriation for Emergency Management issues; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell hereby acknowledges receipt of $3,297.00 in Emergency Management Performance Grant funding and approves a budget adjustment to increase the 605.7427 line item to enable the purchase of additional Community Emergency Response Team equipment.
