BELONG A RESOLUTI'ON OF THE CTTY COUNC]~L OF THE
CTTY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORTZ1'NG EXECUT1'ON OF AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CTTY OF CAMPBELL AND
ROSS / LUTHI'N CREATI'VE
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a budget for the 2002/2003 fiscal
year; and
WHEREAS, there is a need for design services for a Community Center
Signage Plan; and
WHEREAS, an RFP was issued and proposals were received; and
WHEREAS, the desired firm's fee is within the amount anticipated and funds
are available in equal amounts in the Heritage Theatre Renovation Project (435.00-
02.7430) and Community Center Master Plan Project (435.99-05.7430).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ZT RESOLVED, that the City Council authorizes the
execution of an agreement between the City of Campbell and Ross / Luthin Creative,
in an amount not to exceed $46,000 for the provision of design, plans and
specifications for the Community Center Signage Program.
