RESOLUTION NO. 10929
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AMENDING THE COMPENSATION OF THE CITY ATTORNEY
WHEREAS, the City Council is authorized to establish the compensation of the City
Attorney;
WHEREAS, the City Attorney's compensation was last amended on November 20,
2006 by Resolution Number 10835;
WHEREAS, the City Council also finds that an increase in the hourly litigation rate for
other attorneys working for the City Attorney is warranted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell,
pursuant to Section 7 of the Amended Agreement for Services of City Attorney, that the
City Attorney's compensation shall be as follows for services invoiced on or after July 1,
2008:
