RESOLUTION NO. 10937
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE RECREATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICES DIRECTOR TO
AWARD A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR THE CAMPBELL COMMUNITY
CENTER MAIN CORRIDOR/CANOPY RE-ROOFING PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted a Capital Improvement Program budget for the
2008/09 fiscal year which includes project #08-09 CCC Main Corridor/Canopy Re-
roofing project; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to install an upgraded Roofing System on the Main
Corridor/Canopy at the Community Center; and
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for this Roofing Project have been provided to
and approved by the Facilities Maintenance Manager; and
WHEREAS, bids have been received on July 7,2008; and
WHEREAS, Legacy Roofing is the lowest responsible bidder with a total bid of $55,920;
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby authorizes the Recreation and Community Services Director to award the
construction contract for Campbell Community Center CCC Main Corridor/Canopy Re-
Roofing Project to (435.0809.7883).
