AGREEMENT
I, ELMER R. GARRISON, hereby agree that, in accordance with
the conditions of approval for construction of an apartment com-
plex (known as "S" 76-8) as granted by the Planning Commission of
the City of Campbell, I will cause a parcel map of that certain
real property known as 3495 South Bascom Avenue to be filed, pro-
cessed, and recorded.
I further agree that said parcel map will be filed, processed
and recorded, all in accordance with the State of California Sub-
division Map Act and the City of Campbell Municipal Ordinances.
I further agree that said map shall be recorded within sixty
(60) days of the date hereof.
I further agree to deposit with the City of Campbell the amount
of TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000.00) to insure the full and faithful
performance of this agreement, and that in the event that said
parcel map is not processed and recorded in accordance with the
above, the City of Campbell is hereby authorized to retain said
deposit and cause said parcel map to be prepared, processed, and
recorded.
