Gentlemen:
As a condition of approval of a building permit for La Con Company to construct
apartments at 3685 South Bascom Avenue, we are requiring the installation of an
electrolier. Please advise us where we can obtain service for the electrol1er.
The attached drawings show the location of the property and the proposed
location of the electrolier.

BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAMPBELL ADOPTING PLANS, ELEVATIONS AND DEVELO~~-
SCHEDULE FOR THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ZONE ESTABLISRtp
BY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL (APPLICATION OF
MR. PAUL CONSENTINO AND LA CON BUILDERS, PO 78-4).
The City Council of the City of Campbell does o~ain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell is hereby
changed and amended by adopting the attached "Exhibit A" entitled "Plans
and Elevations", "Exhibit B", entitled "Development Schedule", "Exhibit C"
entitled "Hap of Said Property", and "Exhibit 0", entitled "Conditions of
Approval", as per the application of Mr. Paul Consentino and La Con Builders
for approval of plans, elevat'ions, and development schedule to allow con-
struction of a 63-unit apartment complex on property known as 3675 and 3685
S. Bascom Avenue in a P-D (Planned Development/High Density Residenti~l) and
R-3-S (Multiple Family/High Density Residential) Zoning District. Copies
of said Exhibits are on file in the office of the Planning Department.
The applicant is notified that he shall comply with all applicable Codes
or Ordinances of the City of Campbell which pertain to this development and
are not herein specified.

the following roll call vote:
