RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL MODIFYING THE SCHEDULE OF
FEES AND CHARGES
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of the City of
Campbell a Schedule of Fees and Charges for Fiscal Year 1999-00; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to adjust these fees to provide for scheduling and use
of athletic fields; and
WHEREAS, all of the required legal notices have been published pursuant to
Government Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell hereby adopts
modifications to the Schedule of Fees and Charges to be paid to the City of Campbell by
all persons desiring to obtain those items or services contained in the Fee Schedule
effective March 7, 2000;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be made an addendum to
the City Council Policy Manual.

CLASSIFICATION OF USE
GROUP 1
GROUP 2
Programs and activities administered or sponsored by the City of Campbell.
Programs and activities offered by Campbell schools, Campbell churches, Campbell service
clubs, Campbell youth sports leagues, Campbell youth clubs, Campbell scout groups, and
Campbell adult groups.
Private parties or uses arranged, hosted and paid for by Campbell residents or Campbell
residents or Campbell businesses.
Private parties or uses arranged, hosted and paid for by nonresidents or nonresident
businesses, nonresident clubs, nonresident leagues and nonresident organizations. ANY fund
raising event.

To qualify for resident rates you must provide proof of residency by showing one of the following:
a) a valid California driver's license;
b) name and address imprinted on personal or business check;
c) recent utility bill with your name on it.
