RESOLUTION NO. 9636
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF
SURPLUS VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has been presented with a
list of City-owned vehicles and equipment which have reached the ends of their useful
lives; and,
WHEREAS, an agreement currently exists with The Nationwide Companies to
provide auction services for the disposal of surplus vehicles and equipment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that the Public Works Director be authorized to dispose of these surplus
vehicles and equipment through The Nationwide Companies.

call vote:
