RESOLUTION NO. 9626
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO SUBMIT AN
APPLICATION FOR TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT ACT (TDA) FUNDS FOR THE
LOS GA TOS CREEK TRAIL UNDERPASS REPLANKING PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell has the Campbell Avenue Underpass Replanking Project
in its Capital Improvement Program for fiscal year 2001102; and
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell has guaranteed TDA funds available to fund a portion of
the project; and
WHEREAS, the project has been endorsed by the City Bicycle Advisory Committee; and
WHEREAS, the ability to obtain funding approval and to be eligible for additional
discretionary funding requires City Council endorsement of the project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Campbell that
the Public Works Director is hereby authorized to designate guaranteed TDA funds for the Campbell
Avenue Underpass Replanking Project, and to submit a TDA grant application to the Valley
Transportation Authority for additional discretionary TDA funds for the Campbell A venue
Underpass Project.
