RESOLUTION NO. 9625
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF BRUCE BRINKER FROM THE BICYCLE
ADVISORY COMMITTEE AND AUTHORIZING THE APPOINTMENT OF GEOFF
BRADLEY TO FILL THE VACANCY ON THE COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell has established a Bicycle Advisory Committee with five
members appointed by the City Council to provide valuable guidance to the City regarding bicycle
policies and programs; and
WHEREAS, one member has recently resigned from the Committee; and
WHEREAS, the City solicited applications for serving on the Committee and three
applications were received; and
WHEREAS, two of the three applicants withdrew their applications after invitations were
extended to all three applicants to be interviewed by the Committee; and
WHEREAS, a quorum of the Bicycle Advisory Committee interviewed the one remaining
applicant and approved a recommendation for filling the vacancy on the Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Campbell that
Mr. Bruce Brinker is hereby removed from the Bicycle Advisory Committee and that Mr. Geoff
Bradley is hereby appointed to serve on the Committee.
