RESOLUTION NO. 9622
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AMENDING THE COMPENSATION OF THE CITY ATTORNEY
WHEREAS, the City Council is authorized to establish the compensation paid to the
City Attorney;
WHEREAS, the City Attorney's compensation and Agreement were last amended by
Resolution No. 9459 dated November 17, 1998;
WHEREAS, it appears that seventy-five (75) hours per month appear to be a
reasonable estimate of services required of the City Attorney; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that a four and one-half percent (4'Y2%) increase in
compensation is warranted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell,
pursuant to Section 7 of the Amended Agreement for Services of City Attorney, that the City
Attorney's compensation shall be as follows, for services invoiced on or after September 5,
1999:
