RESOLUTION NO. 9613
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE BUDGET
FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #99-04
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a Capital Improvement Program budget
for the 1999/2000 fiscal year which includes the budget increase for CIP #99-04: Fitness
Center/Weight Room project; and
WHEREAS, there is an unanticipated need for additional funds to complete the
project as per the plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in the Capital Improvement Project Reserve
Unappropriated Fund Balance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council authorizes the
transfer of $35,000 from the Capital Improvement Project Reserve Unappropriated Fund
Balance (101.3641) to Capital Improvement Project #99-04: Fitness Center/Weight Room
(435.99-04.7883).
